Since the 40 Days for Life campaign started a few years ago, they have counted 7,000 babies saved because of the prayer support outside of abortion clinics!
In the Omaha area many churches have participated in this prayerful, effective witness to mothers contemplating the abortion of her child.
Although this happens during Lent and again in the fall, a prayerful witness is ALWAYS needed throughout the year. Please think about donating an hour a week – for the LIFE of a child.

Good morning!
Our wonderful Chaplain, Fr. Walter Nolte, had and email/letter sent to all the Archdiocesan priests yesterday asking them to consider having Exposition for all or part of the day on Nov. 6 to pray for the voters, leaders, and God’s Will in our nation. I realize that this is very short notice, but please consider talking with your pastor to see if this can be arranged, even for just an hour sometime that day. Below is a poster from St. Vincent de Paul who is having Exposition all day. If your parish is unable, consider stopping by SVdP.

Also, this Sunday, Nov. 4, there is a 40 Days for Life prayer vigil
The 40 Days for Life leadership team with local sponsor Nebraskans United for Life invite you to join us for a prayer vigil in the parking lot of A Woman’s Touch Pregnancy Counseling Center (908 West Mission Ave, Bellevue, NE 68005) this Sunday, November 4 at 10:45 a.m. following St. Mary’s 9:30 a.m. Mass in Bellevue. As we conclude this campaign, let us come together in prayer and to share testimonials of our journey through this 40 days. Then on Monday, Nov. 5, there is a sidewalk counseling training
Are you interested in praying or counseling outside of an abortion mill but didn’t know where to start? Did you participate in 40 Days for Life and you would like to stay involved? Mother’s Day AD will again be in the OWH

We have used billboards to get our message of the importance of life to Nebraskans the last few years.
Before that we listed all the names in a full-page ad in the Omaha World Herald and we will do it again this year. The Sunday OWH goes across Nebraska and it is a way that we show pro-life strength.
It is a wonderful opportunity for you to honor your own mother publicly. Please let us know if it is to be in the “Memorial” section for deceased moms. Each donor can use up to 27 typed spaces. Please use the form with this newsletter.
