Human Life Alliance (HLA) is a non-profit, non-denominational, pro-life organization dedicated to protecting human life from the moment of conception until natural death. Founded on April 2, 1977 by dedicated pro-life volunteers, HLA operates out of a small office in Saint Paul, Minnesota employing only four full-time staff members. HLA keeps administrative and overhead costs to a minimum by relying on faithful volunteers and a student internship program as a vital part of the operational team.
